We don't have a user group
because SmartQuotes is a totally point and click operation.
Imagine a group of people sitting
around all day wasting time and saying, "Click here."
If you can insert coins into a vending machine, select and
retrieve the product of your choice, you can run
SmartQuotes.
I believe that any program written by me or my staff should
be understandable to the average user. If we had to
have a user group, it would be an admission of failure for
us or any other print estimating developer. I could
not expect my clients to spend a day, or days plus travel
time to attend seminars on how to run our products. It
doesn't make sense and I would not put a product on the
market that required it.
We don't have separate profit centers for training and
seminars. There is no need for additional charges for a
program as easy as SmartQuotes. We earn our money on the
initial sale, not on training and endless upgrades. Please
consider any additional charges when comparing our prices
with other programs. We do all training by phone and with
your permission, we can view your screen. Our existing
clients love that feature because it saves them time on
training and support. Everything we do is to save time and
minimize profits by reducing your costs. At the same time,
we are reducing our costs to give you better value.

I got my experience in printing when I bought a
press for my former advertising company. We were
doing desktop publishing before it had a name. That
